This employee graduated from Hartsville High School in 2003. She is currently continuing her education at Northeastern Technical College. Her goal is to finish RN school and become a Nurse Practitioner.
This employee began her career here at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center in June of 2016 as a CNA/Unit Clerk in Acute Care Services. This woman is a soft spoken person who always greets his co-workers and patients with a smile on her face. She is kind-hearted to her fellow co-worker as well as to her patients. In fact, she was nominated by a former patient. This patient noted that she was the sweetest, most compassionate, and friendliest person she had ever met. This employee treated her like family by checking in her every chance she got to make sure her stay was as comfortable as possible. In the past, she has had many complimentary comments, several being from MD’s.
This employee exemplifies the ENGAGE principals. She provides excellent safe care to our patients and is prompt in lending a hand when needed to ensure each patient has the quality of care that they deserve. She is always willing to get her work done and take responsibility. She is very flexible and willing to work in any department. This person is always very appreciative and displays a thankful attitude. She is actively involved in hospital activities such as Trunk or Treat. This CNA is genuine in her passion to become a nurse and to provide the utmost care to our patients. She empowers her peers to serve patients with the best of care. Any patient would be lucky to have this employee as their CNA. When she finishes school and passes her boards, she will be an awesome Nurse. This employee often steps out of her Unit Clerk role to aid others and pick up any and every need she can to better her floor.
This employee is an asset to Carolina Pines and we are proud to announce that the Employee for the 4th Quarter of 2019 is Magnolia Jackson of Acute Care Services.
Congratulations!
